  • Non-returnable items: Personalized items and intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Exchanges

5. Cancellations

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; you will need to initiate a return after receiving your order.
